Cannabis Alliance of North Carolina is a 501(c)4 non-profit advocacy group that believes regulated and prescribed access to medical cannabis is vital to the continued evolution of patient care in North Carolina. We believe that the quality of life of North Carolina patients suffering from chronic and debilitating medical conditions is a social welfare issue that can be addressed through the governed use of medical cannabis.
